Recipe Management For A Growing Cafe
As a UX designer, this case study emerged from an inspiring concept café named after my grandmother, Rosetta Ammendola.
The Problem: Café Dola’s, exotic beverages and over-the-top drink presentations result in delightful experiences for customers. However, the staff at Dola required a way to reference their ever-changing list of featured and special drinks and add their unique creations quickly and easily without keeping customers waiting.
The Solution: Investigate and develop a seamless digital solution for the café staff, avoiding the hassle that arises from employing traditional paper-based recipe cards.
Through the study, I used human-centric design approaches to develop a digital solution that met the Café’s requirements and created an immersive mobile solution to improve the workflows of both the café customers and staff.
